Low-Impact
bungeeWORKOUT® is a low-impact way to stay fit. The assisted movement from the bungee cord allows for slower and softer landings, protecting your knees, hips, ankles, and other joints. It is a great option for those who have injuries or are recovering from them. It is a cardiovascular workout minus the impact, so it is much gentler on the body's joints.
Core-Strengthening
bungeeWORKOUT® mainly depends on your transversus abdominis muscle, which is the deepest of the six abdominal muscles. It extends between the ribs and the pelvis, wrapping around the trunk from front to back. The fibres of this muscle run horizontally, similar to a back-support belt. Strong core = strong back.
Improves balance & stability
Through the harness and bungee cord, you will be working on improving your balance. Since bungeeWORKOUT® is a barefoot workout, it works on strengthening the feet for optimal stability.

Because it works on the core muscles, bungeeWORKOUT® strengthens the spinal cord which ensures good posture in order to help us maintain correct alignment.
